Installing a pre-fabricated process unit in one piece can save time and money

By installing a complete process unit pre-assembled can save a great deal of time and money on a live process plant or operating port.

Through careful design and precise planning a series of modules can be designed, detailed and built off-site and installed in either a single lift or a number of lifts on site.

We can provide a full design service including design of lifting gear and transportation options using barges and SPMT's. We can also provide detailed design for the removal of used equipment and process plant, by special lifting studies and transportation.

No item is too big to be lifted and moved, and can be achieved through careful planning and highly complex design.
